We are bonded, insured, and have uniformed cleaning technicians who are regularly supervised. You will always have access to our main office to discuss your professional cleaning service. - HOW WILL OUR RELATIONSHIP WORK?For residential services we do not use contracts, we depend on open communications and your evaluation of our services. For commercial facilities we do it in a case-by-case basis.
- WHAT IF SOMETHING IS DAMAGED WHEN MY HOME IS BEING CLEANED? We treat all homes with care; however, if something breaks, we will make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced. Insurance claims will be filed when appropriate.
- HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO CLEAN MY HOME? Our pricing is completely individualized. Every home is as unique as the people living there. - DO I HAVE TO TIP MY CLEANER? Tipping is never required with our cleaning service, but you are more than welcome to. Our staff is not to solicit any tips under any circumstances .

Here at Your Maids & More Cleaning Service we understand that we must earn and keep your trust. The most efficient way to do this is clean thoroughly and efficiently while respecting your individuality. We believe that and act on that. - What method of payments do you accept? At the moment, we are accepting cash and zelle. Please either zelle payments the night before service or leave payment out on a counter or table in the provided envelope for the cleaners to collect when they arrive.
- WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION We are open Monday-Sunday from 8:00am-10:00pm. We offer extended hours upon request.
- HOW DO I MAKE A CLEANING APPOINTMENT?
It’s Easy just simply click the ‘Book Now Button” and fill out our New Client form. Our customer service specialist will send you an email within 2 business days to get you scheduled. You can also call (815) 491-3465 to book your cleaning. - WHAT’S THE NEXT STEP AFTER I BOOK MY APOINTMENT?
You will receive a phone call or email (depending on your preferred method of contact) from us. Once a cleaning date and time of arrival are agreed upon, a confirmation email that outlines the services you booked, and the appointment time will follow along with our New Client Service Agreement form. Please review this email to verify all the information is correct. You will need to provide a signed copy of the New Client Service Agreement form prior to the cleaners starting service. - ARE YOU A PET FRIENDLY?
We love animals as much as you do. However, to keep our furry friends safe during the cleaning we do ask that you keep them in a designated area. - DO I NEED A DEEP CLEAN?
No. Most cleaning services require an initial deep clean. Our company instead offers rotating deep cleans so there is no expensive first-time cleaning cost. At each recurring visit we will deep clean 1-2 rooms until your home is thoroughly cleaned. This way, we can ensure your property is always clean. Our one – time customers, move in/move out, and market ready customers will receive a deep cleaning. - ARE THERE ANY SERVICES YOU DON’T OFFER?
While we offer a wide range of home cleaning services, we will not wet wipe light bulbs, or dispose of an excessive amount of trash. We also do not clean or remove mold, biohazards, pet waste, insects, or rodent problems. Please have these cleaned up before our cleaners arrive. We will try to move most furniture, however if the furniture is to heavy we will still try our best to clean behind and under the furniture. - DO I NEED TO BE HOME DURING THE CLEANING? No, you do not! As a matter of fact, many of our clients are not home during their cleaning. It is completely your choice whether you would like to be home during your appointment. If you prefer, you can just leave a key or pin code and we will take care of everything! You can provide us with entry instructions during your appointment scheduling and we will lock up when we finish. For additional security, all house keys and pin codes are kept in a locked safe.*To keep down the spread during covid we do ask that no one is present during your cleaning. This will help keep you as well as our cling technicians safe. However, if you absolutely need to be present, please notify us before we arrive.
- How Many People will come to clean?
We will always try to send a team of two to your property. - WILL I NEED TO HAVE MY OWN SUPPLIES? Your Maids & More Cleaning Service provides all cleaning supplies and equipment. The only thing we ask customers to supply is kitchen wastebasket liners. If you would like a specific product to be used to clean your property, please let us know and if you provide it for us, we will use it.
- WILL WE HAVE THE SAME CLEANING TECHNICIAN EVERY VISIT? Typically, you will have the same cleaning technician every visit unless someone is out sick or there is some other important reason why your assigned technician cannot make it. If you would prefer a different cleaner, we can do that, too.
- ONE OF MY REGULAR VISITS IS ON A HOLIDAY, WHAT HAPPENS IN THIS CASE?We do not clean residential on the following holidays when they fall on a weekday:
- New Years Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
We usually send a notice or call you to arrange a different day either a few days prior or after the holiday to clean your house.
- DO YOU OFFER A GUARANTEE?
We stand behind our service. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can come back and clean the missed area. Yes, Your Maids & More Cleaning Service is fully bonded and insured. We understand that you are trusting us to come into your property. Our cleaning technicians will always be careful while cleaning. However, we always want our clients to have a sense of relief when they hire us. In the event something is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours. - HOW MANY HOURS IS A TYPICAL CLEANING SERVICE?
Every property is different. There is no set amount of time – it all depends on the current condition of your home. - WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
Payment is due upon arrival before services are rendered. We accept payment via cash, or zelle. If you are paying cash, please leave payment on the counter or out in the open in the envelope provided. - DO YOU OFFER HOURLY SERVICE?
No. We give estimates based on the amount and the extensiveness of work that needs to be completed. We create an affordable cleaning package that fits your specific needs and your budget. This way you will only pay for what is being cleaned. - I’VE NEVER HAD A CLEANING BEFORE, DOES THAT COST EXTRA? No. We offer rotating deep cleans. At every visit we will deep clean 1-2 rooms. This will ensure that your home is always clean and disinfected.
- WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?The only thing we ask is that if you must cancel or reschedule you give us a minimum 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours there is no fee. If you cancel after 48 hours 50% of the cleaning cost and will be due at the next scheduled appointment. Please do not text or email a cancellation. You will need to call the office for cancellations. If you cancel with the cleaner after we arrive at the property or we arrive and is locked out the full price will also be due at the next scheduled
