General Questions

What services do you offer?

In order to accommodate all of our customers we offer several different options that you can choose from. Most cleaning services will clean things you do not need cleaned but don’t clean the things you want cleaned. When you book with Your Maids & More Cleaning Service we will create a detailed list of what it will take to keep your property clean. You will then have the option to add anything else you would like to be cleaned. The type of service you choose will reflect your homes needs. How do I get an estimate?

It simple and easy. There are two ways you can request an estimate. You can schedule a walkthrough via phone by calling (815) 491-3465 or you can click the free estimate button and request an estimate by filling out our booking form.

Do I have to enter a contract?

No. you do not have to sign a contract. You can stop services at anytime.

Am I required to pay the full amount even if it does not take that long to clean my property?

We have done years of research that allows us to offer affordable pricing without cutting corners. We do flat rate pricing which means you pay the same amount every cleaning. Your estimate is based on several factors such as the size of your home, dust build up. pet hair, etc.

Does someone have to visit my home or business for I can book a cleaning?

No. We have two ways that you can book a cleaning. You can call the office at (815) 4913465 to schedule a walkthrough appointment or you can fill out online booking form. 

Are cleaning supplies included?

Yes. Our cleaning technicians will arrive at your property with all supplies and equipment that is needed to complete your cleaning. If you would like special products to be used please let us know at the time of your walkthrough or when we contact you after your online booking form is received. We do ask that customers provide kitchen wastebasket liners.

What if I am not happy with my cleaning?

Please give us a call right away and we will come back within 24 hours to clean the missed areas. We have a satisfaction guarantee policy that our company stands by.

Scheduling Questions

Do you offer same day booking?

We cant guarantee a same day booking. However depending on our schedule we can often get your cleaning done.

Does someone have to be at home during my cleaning?..

No. Majority of our clients are not present during their cleaning. If your not going to be home during your cleaning just let us know and we can gain access to the property via pin pad or extra key.

*We ask that our technicians be given at least 10 feet of social space. We understand it is hard right now with everyone home and businesses shut down. We would greatly appreciate, if possible while cleaning a particular level of your home for it to be unoccupied. A couple of suggestions are to enjoy the outdoors by taking a walk, complete errands, going to the park or eating lunch outside for a couple of hours.

Will my cleaning technicians arrive at the exact time of my booking?

Typically yes. However unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control can occur, such as  heavy traffic, or bad weather. If these situations were to  occur we will contact you to let you know the updated eta.

When will I be charged for my cleaning?

You will be charged for your cleaning upon arrival. Payment must be present at the time your cleaning techs arrive at the property. Pleas leave payment in the envelope provided by Your Maids & More Cleaning Service LLC on a counter or table to be collected by your cleaning technician. If you are going to zelle or cash app payments please send payments 24 hours before your cleaning.

What forms of payment do you except?

At the moment we are accepting cash and zelle payments. If you are leaving cash payments please make sure that you leave the payment in the envelope provided by us on a table or counter  so that it can be collected by the technician upon arrival. If your are paying by zelle please send the zelle payment to (815) 491-3465 the night before your cleaning is scheduled.

How many cleaners will you send to my property?

Typically we will send 2 cleaners to clean your property.

Are you insured?

Our Cleaning technicians are cautious but not perfect. While our cleaning technicians are cleaning your property they are sure to do it properly and cautiously, However to make sure our clients feel at ease our technicians are fully bonded and insured.

What makes you different from other cleaning companies?

Your Maids & More Cleaning Service is a small family owned and operated cleaning service. We take time to understand our customers needs. We will put together a package made just for you that wont break the bank and wont consist of cutting corners. We offer rotating deep cleans so that your properly will always remain clean and disinfected. The best thing about our company is that what most cleaning services charge extra for is already included n your package.
