Recurring Appointments
While we aim to send the same team to your property each time, we may send a different team or one of our other team members employed her at Your Maids & More Cleaning Service LLC. This will usually only occur if a cleaner may have an illness, taken off for vacations, etc.
ROTATING CLEANS
Residential Recurring Clients: We clean on a rotating schedule. This is to prevent customers having to pay a large fee for an initial cleans.
HOW YOUR MAIDS & MORE CLEANING SERVICE ROTATING CLEANS WORK
Although we clean each space every time we come to your home, in addition we will deep clean 1-2 rooms at every cleaning. Using this method will insure you that your home will always be clean and disinfected.
CLEANING SUPPLIES/EQUIPMENT
Your Maids & More Cleaning Service LLC provides all supplies and most equipment needed to complete your cleaning thoroughly and efficiently. All products and equipment used by Your Maids & More Cleaning Service LLC are professional grade. Clients are required to provide kitchen wastebasket liners. If you would like us to use specialty products of your choice, please let us know and we will check to see if we have it. If we do not have that specific product, you can supply it and leave it out along with instructions before we arrive. Should you wish for us to use one of your products we will not be held responsible for any damage caused using the products that you chose. If you request your supplies or equipment to be used, including vacuum cleaners, you agree not to hold the contractor or any of its personnel responsible for damage to any article or component.
LINEN CHANGE
If you would like the cleaners to change linen and put in clean towels, please leave fresh linen on the beds and clean towels on the counter.
CONFIRMATION
Booking a service online does not guarantee you a spot for that date/time. You will be contacted by email or phone with a confirmation.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Cleaning technicians have the choice to leave upon arrival if the home is in extreme condition or they feel unsafe/threatened. If you book a cleaning online that is unreasonable, such as a cleaning up after a large party, the cleaners may refuse service on the spot, and you will be charged the maximum cancellation fee.
ESTIMATES AND CHARGES:
Before cleaning can be provided, we the contractors must do an on-site walkthrough, phone consultation, or you must fill out and submit our booking form via our website at yourmaidsnmore.com. Upon completion of one of the chosen methods, you will receive an estimate either over the phone, in person, or by email within 24 hours. Recurring clients will receive an estimate for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings. Our estimates are based off the information submitted to us deriving from phone consultations, on-site consultations, or our booking form.
Phone consultations and our booking form submission are considered blind estimates; we have not seen your residence and are using the information you have provided us in order to generate an estimate which may not include information about various factors that could affect your price.
PRICING
We do not price by the hour. We price by the job which is based on several factors such as the size of your property, the condition of your property, number of pets and individuals in the home, whether you would like add ons or need a trash out, also whether the home is empty or still occupied. If you choose a monthly service, its usually more cleaning that needs to be done vs. a weekly or bi – weekly service. No matter the situation, Your Maids & More cleaning Service will provide you with services that goes beyond the price.
INVOICES:
Your Maids & More Cleaning Service LLC does not invoice residential accounts, payment is due prior to or at time we arrive to clean. An invoice will be automatically provided for a rental property, commercial clients, vacation property, and builders.
PAYMENTS
Payments are due upon arrival to the property. If you will not be present for your cleaning and have not sent payment via zelle, or cash app, please leave payment in the envelope provided in your welcome folder so that it can be collected by the cleaning technicians. The sealed envelope should be left in a visible area (table, desk, countertop). If we arrive and payment is not present and we have not received payment via zelle, or cash app, we will at that time contact you and inquire about payment for cleaning. If payment cannot be received and cleaning cannot take place, then it will be handled the same as a cancellation & lockout.
RECURRING PRICE STRUCTURE
Recurring clients receive a discount for their first and third cleaning if they set up recurring services. If you decide not to continue our recurring service after the first or third cleaning or if you decide to discontinue our recurring service with less than 5 recurring services, you will be charged for the discounted amount when you booked our cleaning initially. If you skip cleanings so that your cleaning’s frequency is lower than what you were set up for, your price will be increased to the pricing level for the lower frequency.
TIPPING:
Although greatly appreciated, tipping is not required. However, if you do choose to leave a tip, please do so directly with your cleaning technician. If you choose to leave a tip for a holiday/year-end time gift for the technician/s who have serviced your home, you may put it in the envelope provided and label it tip with the technicians name and amount. Please do not include tips as part of your regular recurring clean payment to Your Maids & More Cleaning Service LLC
NSF/RETURNED CHECKS:
Any bank fees charged to Your Maids & More Cleaning Service LLC, will be the responsibility of the client to reimburse the company. Full reimbursement, including original amount and any bank charges, is expected within 5 days. After 5 days, the client is charged a $25 per week (7 days) late fee. After 30 days of non-payment, we will file a complaint with small claims court of Will County.
STOP PAYMENTS
This form of conduct would be considered “Theft of Services” and we will proceed according to the law. Customer will incur all cost to retrieve payment including but not limited to, attorney fees, filing fees, court fees, and time off work if a check is returned or you stop payment on a check.
COMMERCIAL CLIENTS’ PAYMENTS:
We will invoice all commercial clients with a 15-day net payable. We accept check, cash, zelle or credit card from commercial clients.
EXTEMELY LARGE COMMERCIAL PROJECTS:
in the case of a project estimated to cost over $2,000, we will have case-specific payments terms.
EXTRA SERVICES
You may, at any time, contact us to add extra services such as cleaning the interior of the oven interior of the refrigerator, laundry, interior cabinets, closet organizing etc. Extra cleaning requests must be scheduled through the office or simply by sending us an email prior to your cleaning day. An additional charge will apply for the extra services. We will provide you with a list of all extra services in your new client welcome folder. Please do not leave notes or ask technicians to do extra work when they arrive. This must be scheduled through the office.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
If you receive an estimate based on the information given and the information is inaccurate and the condition of your property is much worse than predicted, we will first inform you by phone and email. We do have permission to adjust the price, charge the cleaning hourly, or refuse the service. Client agrees to pay technician’s parking cost, if incurred. Your Maids & More Cleaning Service reserves the right to re assess your services at any time.
SKIPPED CLEANINGS
Your Maids & More Cleaning Service will assess a $50 cancellation fee if a recurring clean is not cancelled within 24 hours of a scheduled cleaning. If repeat cleanings have been canceled more than one time in a 4-month period with less than 24 hours of scheduled cleaning, the client agrees to pay the full price for the canceled cleaning at their next scheduled visit. If you are permanently cancelling service, all payments and fees are due at the time of cancellation. Please call (815) 491-3465 for all cancellations. For one-time cleanings, initial cleanings, post-construction cleanings, and move-in or move-out cleanings, a 65% of the estimated price as cancellation fee will be applied for cleans that are not canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning.
Please note that if you need to skip a cleaning that will take us a bit more elbow grease at the next scheduled cleaning, additional charges may be requested. We will contact you immediately if this occurs.
CANCELLING SERVICES PERMENANTLY
If you schedule recurring cleans, you can end service at any time or change your frequency. We would ask however that you give us as much notice as possible before your last desired cleaning. More importantly, if you are thinking of leaving due to quality of service, please contact us beforehand so that we can rectify the situation and improve. It is usually an easy fix if a client is not completely happy. We just need to know about it!
LOCKOUT POLICY
Please leave a key, gate code, pin pad code, or provide us with information on how we are to gain access to your property for all scheduled appointments. If our cleaning technician for any reason, cannot access your property upon arrival on the day of a scheduled cleaning, a lock-out fee of 50% of your cleaning price will be applied to your next scheduled cleaning. If you are permanently cancelling service payment will be due immediately. Please contact us at the office to set up arrangements for payments.
HOLIDAY CLEANINGS
We do our best to be as flexible as we can with the schedule to accommodate the needs of all our clients. We are closed for Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. When your scheduled cleaning date falls on a holiday, our office will contact you to reschedule your cleaning day. We prefer that you do not skip these cleans. We will reschedule them to keep you as close to your normal frequency as possible. We appreciate your flexibility as we work to schedule all clients around days we are closed for holidays.
CLIENT INTERACTIONS WITH CLEANING TECHNICIANS OF YOUR Maids & More Cleaning Service LLC
Your Maids & More Cleaning Service invests heavily in training methods uniforms and insurance. Hiring our current or ex-worker(s), and/or accepting side propositions, makes you liable for an employment referral fee of $6,000.00 if you directly employ (legally or cash basis) anyone currently or formerly employed by us within the two-year period prior to such employment. This fee includes but is not limited to court cost, time loss, fines, and any other additional fees. By using our service, you agree to notify us of any attempts to solicit or accept illegal business, otherwise; Attorney, Legal and miscellaneous expenses incurred to investigate and/or collect this fee will be added if this employment is discovered. Exchanging contact info is considered part of this breach. Unless complying with all laws; direct, unreported, or inappropriate employment practices are illegal. You acknowledge being informed that Your Maids & More Cleaning Service LLC is obligated to report illegal hiring activities. In fact, anyone may report this to the proper government and judicial authorities, so investigation ensues. Implication, complicity, or withholding knowledge of illegal activity is not only prosecutable by Your Maids & More Cleaning Service LLC (when applicable), but also by United States federal and local laws.
REQUIRED HOME CONDITIONS
Buildings must be heated to at least 65 degrees fahrenheit in winter conditions for us to conduct services. If you have us turn on the heat upon our arrival, we are not responsible for damages that may occur from turning the heat on. Water also must be turned on for us to clean. If you have us turn on the main water supply on site, we are not responsible for any damages that occur from the process of turning the water on. If there is no way to turn on the water or heat upon arrival, we will consider it a “Lock Out” and clients will be charged a minimum of full payment to cover wages and expenses for the trip.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS DURING COVID19
Your Maids & More Cleaning Service LLC reserves the right to remove its employees from your home should the environment become unsafe. Our cancellation policy will apply. Due to Covid-19, you must meet the following conditions to be a client of Your Maids & More Cleaning Service LLC:
- You or any member of your household, have no Covid-19 in the last 14 days.
- You or anyone in your household have no contact with anyone who had Covid 19 in the last 14 days.
- You or any member of your household have no flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days.
CANCEL IF SICK: We require all household members of the clients we are servicing to be 100% symptom free of any communicable illnesses. This includes, but is in no way limited to seasonal flu, covid-19 strain of coronavirus, any strain of coronavirus, simple cold, bronchitis, and any fever. Please call the office (815) 491-3465 to cancel your cleaning if you or a family member is (all cancellation fees are waived if you cancel at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled cleaning) experiencing flu-like symptoms, has tested positive for Covid-19, or is self-isolating due to contact with a Covid-19 positive person. If we arrive to a home where we observe or suspect any active illness, we will immediately leave the premises and charge the typical full fee of the visit.
10 FT. SOCIAL DISTANCING. We ask that our technicians be given at least 10 feet of social space. We understand it is hard right now with everyone home and businesses shut down. We would greatly appreciate, if possible while cleaning your property for it to be unoccupied. A couple of suggestions are to enjoy the outdoors by taking a walk, complete errands, going to the park or eating lunch outside for a couple of hours.
PETS
We love pets however we understand that some pets can be come anxious and excited when there is a presence of an unknown person. So, for the safety of your pets as well as our cleaning technicians we ask that you keep pets in a designated area that is not being cleaned while our technicians are present. Your Maids & More Cleaning Service reserves the right to remove its employees from your home if there is a presence of aggressive behavior from pets. If an employee must be removed due to aggressive pets, our cancellation policy will apply.
100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY
Our services are guaranteed for 24 hours after services are completed. Your Maids & More Cleaning Service LLC provides our customers with low affordable rates and does not offer refunds or discounts for recleans. However, we absolutely guarantee the quality of service by fixing any quality issues and optimize the cleaning in the future. If for any reason you are unhappy with the service, please contact us within 24 hours so that we may fix the problem. If you are at home and you notice that the cleaner overlooked something, please immediately tell the cleaner to re-clean the area or call our office before the cleaner leaves your home. Your Maids & More Cleaning Service LLC cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind, grout, chandelier, or vaulted ceiling fan cleaning. We do not clean remove mold and cannot be liable for any mold-related risks in client’s homes. Your Maids does not assume responsibility for the restoration of severely worn, stained, or mildewed caulking and grout. As always, we are completely open to suggestions and feedback. Any little thing that you would like to let us know, please do not hesitate to do so!
WHAT WE DO NOT CLEAN
We do not clean kennels, litter boxes, bodily fluids, animal or human waste, infestation of bed bugs, mice, rats, or roaches. We also do not wash light bulbs we wipe them down. We do not do trash outs unless this was set up before we arrive. We also do not do hoarder projects or biohazard cleanings. If any of these situations occur you, the client will be responsible for the cost of replacing all equipment/supplies and belongings of Your Maids & More Cleaning Service LLC that were brought to your property. We will be forced to stop the cleaning process and will notify you immediately.
MEDIA
Employees will take before and after photos upon arrival and completion. These photos will be used for the sole purposes of personal records and social media posts. These photos do not contain names, pictures of pets or human beings.
BREAKAGE/DAMAGE AND LOSS POLICY
Customers must provide proof that damages were caused at the time of the cleaning. All claims must be made within 24 hours of the cleaning. Once the office receives the notification, we will contact you as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you within the next 30 days, we will assume you do not want to have us resolve the issue and the situation will void. Identical replacement is always attempted but not guaranteed. For this specific reason, Your Maids & More Cleaning Service requests all irreplaceable items (whether monetarily or sentimentally valued) be stored and/or not cleaned by our staff. Your Maids & More Cleaning Service is not responsible for the breakage of these irreplaceable items. Your Maids & More Cleaning Service is not responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation of any item. All surfaces (i.e., marble, granite, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm. All legs of chairs and light tables are assumed protected and ready to be slid without scratching floors. If we are specifically requested to clean inside of a hutch/China cabinet or wash dishes or wine glasses, the client agrees not to hold Your Maids & More Cleaning Service or any of its employees responsible for damage to any article or component.
APPOINTMENTS AND SCHEDULING
All though our cleaners will usually arrive on time, all appointment times are approximate. Please allow a 60-minute window for appointment times. Many variables can affect our arrival times, such as weather and road conditions (especially in the winter) traffic, parking, and other surprises. Your scheduled time and day of the week is bordered by many appointments. Please help us to be consistent by committing to this day and time.
VALUABLES
Please safely secure heirlooms valuables and collectibles prior to cleanings. Please advise us how you would like your fragile items handled (and their care) in special account instructions.
LARGE AND HEAVY ITEMS
For safety and liability reasons, Your Maids & More Cleaning Service LLC will do our best to move furniture if possible. If furniture is too heavy to move, we will do our best to clean behind and underneath the furniture.
DISINFECTING SERVICE
Your Maids Cleaning Service offers free Hi – Touch Disinfecting services with every recurring service. However, we do offer this service as a standalone for one-time services as well.
