We are all experiencing the “new normal” of taking everything day by day – home, work, activities outside the house being cancelled. There is a very real possibility that local, state, or national situations warrant even larger inconveniences like home quarantines for 10-14 or more days.
Whether we realize it or not, we are all in this together. All of us have responsibilities to be conscientious members of society and to that end Your Maids & More Cleaning Service LLC has implemented some guidelines regarding our services, our employees and our clients:
Safety Precautions We Are Taking
- Stay Home Policy: If any of our technicians have flu-like symptoms or are in contact with anyone with similar symptoms or who have been diagnosed with Covid-19 they have been instructed to stay home. We will provide them with full sick leave so there is no motivation to come to work sick. They may not clean any location/house/facility if they have an active illness.
- Daily Temperature Taking. Our technicians are taking their temperature daily before work. Any temp above 99.0 they are instructed to stay home.
- Sanitation. Your cleaning technician will wear a mask, sanitize their hands before entering your home, they will wash their hands periodically while in your home, and they will wear special shoes and change them for each customers home.
Safety Precautions We Ask You To Take
- Let us know what you need. Call the office with any other requests.
- Cancel if sick: We require all household members of the clients we are servicing to be 100% symptom free of any communicable illnesses. This includes, but is in no way limited to seasonal flu, covid-19 strain of coronavirus, any strain of coronavirus, simple cold, bronchitis, and any fever. Please call the office to cancel your cleaning as soon as you are able, if you or a family member is (all cancellation fees are waived if you cancel at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled cleaning) experiencing flu-like symptoms, has tested positive for Covid-19, or is self-isolating due to contact with a Covid-19 positive person. If we arrive to a home where we observe or suspect any active illness, we will immediately leave the premises and charge the typical full fee of the visit.
- Pause service if necessary. If you have any trepidation or fear related to us being in your home, we will gladly save your spot and freeze your price for up to 60 days.

10ft Social Distancing. We ask that our technicians be given at least 10 feet of social space. We understand it is hard right now with everyone home and businesses shut down. We would greatly appreciate, if possible while cleaning your property for it to be unoccupied. A couple of suggestions are to enjoy the outdoors by taking a walk, complete errands, going to the park or eating lunch outside for a couple of hours.
